Restricted States
Delta-8 Restrictions
Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states (per state guidelines):
AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV
Texas Hemp Vape Restriction
In compliance with Texas Senate Bill 2024 (effective September 1, 2025), we do not ship hemp-derived vape products to the state of Texas.
Other Hemp Product Restrictions
We do not ship hemp-derived THCA or certain hemp products to states where they are prohibited. Current restricted states include (may change as laws update):
Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont
⚠️ Note: Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont appear on both the Delta-8 and hemp restriction lists — meaning Delta-8 and certain hemp products are fully restricted in those states.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (where available).
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to carrier delays or compliance checks.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Packaging
- All orders are shipped confidentially with no mention of hemp or CBD on the outside of the package.
- Packing slips may include product names for inventory purposes along with a certificate of analysis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as Delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States due to international hemp restrictions.
